At NOVYKO, protecting your personal data is a priority. We undertake to process your information transparently, securely and with respect for your privacy. Our goal is simple: to enable you to use NOVYKO with confidence.
Data we collect
Identification information: first name, email address, country, region and city.
Information about your animals: number of dogs and cats. When the app launches, you will also be able to voluntarily record additional information about your companions.
Technical data: IP address, device type, browser used, connection date and time, and pages viewed.
Why do we collect this data?
Your data is used only to manage your waiting-list registration, inform you about the progress of NOVYKO, prepare the app launch, improve our services and respond to your requests. We never sell your personal data.
How long do we retain your data?
Your information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You may request its deletion at any time.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the provisions applicable in Switzerland, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. Any request may be sent to hello@novyko.com.
