What is NOVYKO?
NOVYKO is an app providing access to a trusted community of dog and cat owners. Its mission is to facilitate local mutual support while protecting animal well-being and owners’ peace of mind.
Who is NOVYKO for?
The first version of NOVYKO is designed exclusively for dog and cat owners. Opening it to other profiles may be considered later, once the community is firmly established.
How is trust ensured?
NOVYKO plans member verification, detailed profiles, a reputation system, reviews, secure messaging and clear community rules. Trust is built through several levels of control, not by registration alone.
What services will be available in the app?
Members will be able to manage their animals’ profiles, useful information and certain reminders. Community access will include finding nearby members, messaging and posting requests or offers of help.
How does Emergency Protection work?
Each Community member will be able to create a Trusted Circle of up to five people. When activated, all five will be alerted simultaneously. If no one responds within the selected time, the search may automatically expand to other trusted members nearby.
Is the app free?
Joining the waiting list is free. The app will offer several access levels: personal management features and a plan providing access to the trusted community. Final prices will be presented before launch.
How many animals can I add?
NOVYKO does not plan an arbitrary limit on the number of dogs and cats linked to your account. Each companion can have its own profile.
Are my data and my animal’s data secure?
Data protection is one of NOVYKO’s core principles. Only useful information will be collected, with appropriate security measures and settings that allow users to control its use.
In which cities will NOVYKO be available?
The launch will be gradual, with an initial phase prepared in Geneva, followed by expansion to several cities depending on community engagement and the waiting list.
When will NOVYKO launch?
NOVYKO is currently under development. No final date will be announced until the required standards of safety, quality and reliability have been met.
How can I join the waiting list?
Simply complete the official form available through the website buttons. You will then receive important information about the project’s progress and the opening of the community.
Is the waiting list free and without commitment?
Yes. Registration is free, without commitment and without unnecessary messages. NOVYKO favours occasional, useful communications directly related to the project.
